Calm, open and caring, Belinda assures that her clients have a great real estate experience. Her background in personal intercommunication began as a Hair salon owner in Seattle, Washington, where she learned the importance of listening to help clients reach their vision. Selling the salon after 17 years and moving to Kauai, Hawaii, opened up a new life for Belinda working in the field of domestic violence. As assistant director at a women’s shelter for domestic violence her work included working as a mediator within the family court system and working with victims of domestic violence.
After 12 years in Hawaii, Belinda found herself moving to a somewhat different kind of island, Alameda, the hometown of her longtime partner whose family has lived in the Bay Area for five generations. Now content and thriving in the east bay, Alameda has been her home for the past 7 years.
Over the years, her joy in homeownership and fascination with real estate led her to invest in homes in Seattle, Hawaii, New Mexico and now in Alameda.
Studying the market, its prices and trends, once a lifelong hobby is now her career.
