Who Should Apply
This is a great opportunity for those interested in becoming a recognized force in Alameda home sales. The position requires self-discipline and drive. We pay generous commission splits and agents can earn over $100,000 in their first year. A background in marketing, sales, retail, banking, business, design, or the building trades is helpful, but not required. Must have a California state license.

We offer Training and Ongoing Support which are what make a career in real estate successful. Our comfortable office in central Alameda has state-of-the-art equipment and technology, complete marketing tools, and on-site support at all times. Along with our training, efficient procedures allow you to be working within a few weeks. We offer an intensive, mandatory training course adapted from our 25 years of real estate experience. The Beginning Training Session is for 3 consecutive Saturdays each 6 hours and 1 Sunday for 3 hours for a total of 21 hours.
